how to transfer a folder in the Inbox  between two exchange users?
im using exchnage 2003,outlook 2003. user A needs several folders from user B (not only the structure) to keep work on some project user B did. user B wont work with this project anymore,so they dont share the same emails. what is the best way to move the folder named "Project BB" in the Inbox of user B to the inbox of user A? for now, ive set my outlook to user B(no cache) export his Project BB with pst, then set my outlook to user A and import from the pst and it worked fine , but it seems very hard work, especially if the user have lots of folders! then u need to create a container folder in user B named for example "Projects to User A" and then drag each folder to this container folder (u dont have the option for multiselection). im looking for a server side way. thanx in advance.

hi, you can assign permissions for the user who want to see other's mailbox and add mailbox as second mailbox. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/add-another-person-s-mailbox-to-your-account-HP005242139.aspx http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/exchange2003/exchange2003_outlook_additional.htm after adding mailbox to outlook you can copy messages where you want. regards, Mumin CICEK | www.cozumpark.com | Please click Vote As Helpful if it is helpful for you and Propose as Answer!!!
